Our Chairman will be continuing his journey to shows us ships and ports on the West Coast.

After arriving at Avonmouth on 5 December last year, the tug Svitzer Hawk (PAN, 439gt/08) has undergone overhaul and upgrading in order to meet stringent British requirements. Once the work was completed she transferred to the UK flag. She has had a varied career thus far, having worked in Dubai, at the Petroterminal de Panama near Puerto Armuelles and also in Peru. She began work locally when she assisted with the departure of the vehicle carrier Morning Peace on the evening of 5 February.
